I am a writer, researcher, and editor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My primary research areas include: visual and material culture; literary and cultural studies; continental philosophy; psychoanalysis and affect; and the critical posthumanities. I attended the master’s degree program in History of Design and Curatorial Studies at Parsons School of Design, The New School, where I pursued interdisciplinary coursework in art and design history and theory, politics, and liberal studies. I am a former fellowship recipient in the Cross-Platform Publishing department at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, and my writing has appeared in Heichi Magazine, Objective, and at Cooper Hewitt. More recently, I have served as a research consultant and editor for a new media artist based in Los Angeles, and I currently maintain a Substack on experimental affect theory.
